et le matériel pour effectuer un test VMA nommé VAMEVAL &amp;nbsp;pour déterminer la vitesse maximum aérobie en &lt;a href="http://entrainement-sportif.fr/"&gt;préparation physique&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Nous pouvons cependant évaluer cette &amp;nbsp;vitesse grace à un &lt;a href="http://www.athlete-endurance.com/courseapied/entrainement/vmae-logiciel-de-test-de-vma-dathlete-endurancecom.html"&gt;test VMA&lt;/a&gt; en durée qui donne un résultat moins fiable mais tout à fait exploitable pour l’entrainement.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Il s’agit donc d’effectuer pour le débutant ou en début de saison un test de 3’ ou vous devez faire le plus de distance possible et ensuite la mesurer pour en déduire la vitesse moyenne durant ce test.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Cette valeur sera votre VMA. Pour les coureurs expérimentés et en cours de saison la durée du test &amp;nbsp;sera portée à 4’.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;La durée de ce&lt;a href="http://entrainement-sportif.fr/vma-test.htm"&gt; test&amp;nbsp; de VMA&lt;/a&gt; se porte entre 4 et 6’ pour certains entraineurs et ceux-ci adaptent les vitesses d’entrainement à ce résultat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;Athlète Endurance préfère les tests de 3 et 4’ car lors de test de TMI de validation, les temps de soutien à VMA ne dépassent que très rarement les 4’30 sur le terrain.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;En rappel, le test de Cooper est tout à fait inapte a déterminer la VMA car dépasse de très loin les temps de soutien à VMA maximums justify;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Ce test se nomme &lt;b&gt;«&amp;nbsp;Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test&amp;nbsp;»&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;ou   «&amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;Yo-Yo en ligne destinée à l’ensemble  des acteurs intervenant dans la performance du footballeur et couvre l’ensemble des pays hispaniques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La direction technique de cette parution est assurée par des techniciens du football professionnel espagnol (la fameuse « Liga ») &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dans le cadre de ce partenariat, nous échangeons régulièrement avec "Manuel Pombo sportives désirent se mettre à la course à pied afin de perdre du poids&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;La course à pied, hormis si l'on  réduit le rapport colories_consommées/calorie_brulées ne fait pas maigrir, elle permet de modifier le taux de graisse mais sans perte rapide et significative de poids. Les muscles prennent de l'importance, pendant que la quantité de graisse "stockée" diminue, ceci se traduisant par un changement de silhouette mais pas forcement de poids. Il est donc illusoire espérer perdre du poids par la seul pratique du sport.
